Ladies Forum was constituted in the College on 28 th July 2011. It consists of
- The Principal
- One lady Professor as co-ordinator
- Female Students
- Few Female Faculty members
All the student members are nominated by the principal. The term of the nominated members is for one academic year.
OBJECTIVES & FUNCTIONS OF LADIES FORUM:
- To identify, understand and solve the problems of female students.
- To organize lectures for the female students on various women related and general issues such as health, employment, women problems, social problems etc.
- To arrange different competitions such as Elocution, Debate, Essay, Mehendi, Rangoli, Cooking, Flower decorations, Hair Styles,, Crafts, Fine Arts competitions especially for female college students and to encourage and motivate them to participate in them.
- To organize seminars, Conferences, Workshops where female college students can actively participate and contribute.
- To organize study and recreational tours and visits various places.
- To give best female student award to the girl who is involved in every college activity and gives her best.

The College has constituted a Women’s Grievance Redressal Cell with the aim of promoting gender equality and women empowerment among students and staff members. The cell takes care of the grievances of girl students & female staff members related to gender discrimination, violence & sexual harassment on the campus. It is dedicated to create an environment on the campus where every female feels safe. GRC is formed in order to keep the healthy working atmosphere amongst staff, students & Parents. It enlightens the women students about their legal rights and to strive towards the empowerment of the women through the promotion of gender equality & programs concerning women welfare. It also upholds the dignity of the college by ensuring free atmosphere in the college by promoting cordial student to teacher relationship and staff to staff relations etc. This cell helps staff, student & parents to record their complaints and solve their common problems and Personal grievances. Woman harassment complaint will be handled as per Govt. guidelines by respective section. Women’s grievance Redressal committee makes every effort to ensure that girls feel at home. To encourage female students to report any unwanted incident without fear and ensure anonymity we have placed a complaint box in the campus.
